The Salvation Army
Prairies & Northern Territories Youth

The PNT Youth Department is committed to building authentic relationships, investing in discipleship, building leadership capacity and helping to create and maintain Christ-centred, others-focused spaces across our division for children, youth and emerging adults.

We are committed to supporting the ministry units/churches within our division by sharing and creating relevant resources, offering youth focused ministries across the division and providing opportunities to build stronger leaders through training and education.

It is our desire to have safe spaces across our division where youth can be themselves, be loved, belong and know Jesus intimately.

Camping Ministries

The Prairies and Northern Territories is blessed with two amazing camps, which serve as safe spaces for youth in our divisions to unwind, learn about God and have a ton of fun!

Pine Lake Camp, located 30 minutes southeast of Red Deer, Alberta offers an abundance of activities ranging from canoeing, wall climbing, archery, campfires, photography, pottery and more…making this the ultimate summer camp adventure! Pine Lake Camps ministry is motivated by the love of God and the needs of humanity.

Beaver Creek Camp, located 15 minutes outside of Saskatoon offers tons of fun programming and electives and is a safe space for everyone and is built around respect for one another and for our environment. It is a place where anyone can feel comfortable and confident to try new things, meet new friends and create lasting memories.
