CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE
It's that time of year again.......
Volunteers are such an important part of how The Salvation Army carries out its Mission. Without volunteers we simply would not be able to do the work that we do on that scale that we do it.

We are encouraging all youth & young adults to get out and volunteer with The Salvation Army this Christmas season.
​
Being the youth department, we can't help but add in a little friendly competition as an added incentive to volunteer and so YES, there will be prizes to be won!
Here is how it works.
Volunteer
Yes, that's right, simply get out there and volunteer with The Salvation Army. There are lots of different options!​

Standing on a Salvation Army Christmas Kettle

Going carolling
-
Helping with Food/Toy Christmas Hampers
-
Helping with a Salvation Army event at your own church or elsewhere
-
Helping serve food at your local shelter
-
Anything else through The Salvation Army that bring hope to those in need during this Christmas Season

Important Info
The PNT Youth Christmas Challenge is for ages 21 and under and runs for 4 weeks from November 24th to December 24th. You MUST have your hours submitted before 11:59PM on December 24th for them to qualify for the prize.

PRIZE DRAW
The prize draw will take place on January 6th, 2026.
​
There are TWO prizes to be won. Each for a different age group.

Prize Draw #1- (For ages 12 and under)
$150.00 Gift card (Walmart or Amazon)

Prize Draw #2 (For ages 13-21)
$150.00 Gift Card (Amazon or Walmart)

CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE
If your name is drawn as a winner for a prize, you (or you and your parent/guardian if under the age of majority) will receive an email from the PNT Youth department using the contact information provided in your entry.
​
This email will be to confirm that you have won the draw and will also seek to confirm your shipping address so that we can send you your prize.
​
*You (or your parent/guardian if under the age of majority) will need to sign a Gift Card Acknowledgement form to confirm receipt of the gift card for The Salvation Army's accounting purposes.
